Way of transportation and receiving materials: - After being caught, saltwater fish is frozen at the below 50 C in the heat insulator barrel, plastic barrel and are transported to Gipemex by the means of conveyance. - At the reception entrance, QC inspect the materail origin, transportation, goods estimation: freshness, size Material receipt, basic assortment, weight and washing out again with fresh water, freezing at below 50 C and proceed into process. Material area development: - Kien Giang territorial sea, Minh Hai, 150-200 km from Gipemex.
